I installed the 6mm SPC flooring throughout my condo. I chose DHI for its design, materials and price. They had smooth surface SPC flooring which many others do not have. I dealt with Kayt who did an excellent job from the start from explaining the products, visiting my unit and making all the arrangements for installation. My unit had a few quirks in some areas which made it extra difficult to install, but all was done at no extra cost. They were very accommodating when I requested for changes in flooring selection and also installation date.

The installation team was very experienced, and the team was very cooperative. They had to do some extra work due to some clashes and pre-existing conditions with the unit, but all was done with no fuss and no extra charges. The work was really professional. All gaps were nicely sealed off and finish was perfect. They came on time and completed the work before schedule.

Great work. Highly recommend DHI to anyone who is looking to upgrade their flooring.

Thx a lot to Aishah for helping me throughout the process and making this happened. She even came to send in full size samples for my final selection. The end result looks fantastic! Team of installers were experts. Very neat & tidy. Thresholds are very neatly-finished. Installation completed in 1 day (11am - 4.30pm). I have to commend on the silicone finish; superb! Even my contractor said the same thing. Highly recommended!!

10/10 for their super friendly customer service. Thank you Wei for willing to go above and beyond for me although I had an urgent installation request 🥺🫣 Due to budget issue, Wei also recommended the best option me and the flexibility to add on flooring next time. It’s not the cheapest option in the market but they can guarantee the quality that’s irreplaceable. I would still say it’s still within a reasonable price. Various of option to choose from and Wei selected the best colour to match my kitchen cabinets. 💯 would recommend to others 👍🏻

Best decision I've made when renovating my house! The color of the floor was everything I hoped for in a Muji themed house (trust me wasn't easy to find a vendor who had the right colors given i went through 6 vendors in Klang Valley) and the 6mm SPC definitely feels like a premium product albeit the price I would say is a steal!

All credit due to Puan Aqilah for being so attentive and ensuring the site was defect free before installation and her team of installers led by Mr Lim whose perfectionism and attention to detail far exceeded my expectations.

And to top it all of, they even came back to touch up my wall skirting when I had to install additional furniture, which they really didn't have to.

If you're still following my lengthy post and you're in the market for SPC floors, a fuss free experience & you want quality product and workmanship, Decor Houz has my recommendation.

Miss Wei was very helpful in assisting us with our project. Selected their 6mm SPC flooring because its great value for money, competitive pricing and after sales service is also very good. They also did the self levelling compound on my flooring. I requested for the skirting to be done after the kitchen is installed, they happily accommodated to our request and didn’t charge extra for that.

Although their warranty does not cover scratches due to wear and tear, the cost to replace the scratched flooring (due to heavy furniture) is very minimal, inclusive of labour. I did it together with the skirting.

Very happy with their service and has been recommending them to friends and family.

Elizebeth is helpful, professional in explaining all details on spc flooring. She did follow up closely with me on everything.
